練習者問：假如在某一個狀況下，某人對他人生氣了，這是因為個性傾向的反應？或是來自一個負面力量的影響呢？

錫呂瑪塔吉答：假如你心中發火了，但你很確定你並沒有做錯任何事，對一個霎哈嘉練習者而言，是完全沒有必要將怒氣表現在外，這憤怒本身就是一種力量(power)。此時你應該給你自己一個班單(bandhan)等等，但是你不需要表現出你是憤怒生氣的，你應該要完全的寧靜，因為你是做得到的，你是處在(宇宙不動的)軸心(axis)，你不是在(混亂打轉的)周邊。其實你心中的怒氣只是來讓你看到這憤怒，及讓你使用這憤怒來達成它的目的。假如你能如此做，這(心中的)怒氣會自行來成就，它會自行來擺平你所面對的那個人，你也會驚訝到事情竟如此成就。但是你必須先學習來靜觀你的憤怒，那憤怒是會成就事情。

你也看過有時候(我)只是對這些負面、亡魂吼叫，它們就跑光光，甚至有些瘋子就因此痊癒。但是你們不能(學我)這樣做，我才可以這樣做，你們必須隨時保持端莊、和善的態度。

假如你的生氣是來自你個性上的傾向，或是你的失控，那麼這種生氣是不好的。假如發脾氣是來自失控，那麼(絕對)是不好的。我有時候會很生氣，但是完全是在我的掌控之中，我知道我在生氣，我知道亡魂、負面在那裡，我也清楚看見它們如何跑走，我可以看得見它，但是你們看不見亡魂，你們看不見這些東西，所以你們沒有必要生氣，或展現你的脾氣。假如你的憤怒讓你有些失控 ，那麼有一個來祈求Shanti (即peace，平靜) 的口訣 ：“Ya  Devi  sarva  bhuteshu  Shanti  rupena  samsthita.”，你必須來祈求這個祝福、這個平靜。要控制你的脾氣，你必須對自己念誦這個口訣，Shanti 是重點、是這個軸心，從這個軸心你可以靜觀萬事萬物。縱使你是在生氣，但假如你是平靜的，你就不是處於混亂的狀態，這時候這個生氣就是一種力量，這個力量會來主導一切。總之你需要做的就是讓自己處在平靜的狀態，這個Shanti就是你的堡壘，但是這種安靜平和並不是代表一種懦弱，懦弱本身就不是平靜，一個平靜的人絕對不會是一個懦夫，因為沒有任何東西可以超越平靜，可以打敗它。懦弱與平靜從來都不是相提並論的。你的力量是來自裡面，而不是來自外面，所以你不必將你的憤怒的力量展現在外面，只需要對人展現一點點的憤怒，你就會看到它如何成就事情。

首先你必須在你的内裡建立一個基礎，在這個基礎上，你是軸心，你不會容許憤怒騎在你頭上，如此你就會成長。

這兩種憤怒你都要知道，當你可以抽離出來看你的憤怒，這種憤怒是完全無礙的；當憤怒會將你淹沒，你就必須想辦法來解決這種憤怒了。你必須自己好好判斷你的憤怒是那一種。

Sahaja Yogi: Mother, if you become angry at any point with people, is that because it’s a tendency or a negative entity? Or is it just a tendency to react like that?

Shri Mataji: You see, if you get angry within yourself, and if you are sure that you are not doing anything wrong, for a Sahaja Yogi there is no need to say outside you are angry. There’s no need. That anger itself is a power.

And you should do your bandhan and anything that you want to do. But you should not show that you are angry. You should be absolutely silent. Because you can be; you are in the axis, you are not on the periphery. Actually, the anger is just to see your anger and use that anger for that purpose. And once you start doing that, that anger will itself work out. That anger will itself work out the person. And you’ll be amazed how it… but you must learn to see your anger that is working. All these things are important. You have seen that sometimes only shouting at the bhoots – they go away. And many mad people have been cured like that.

But you don’t do all that, that’s for Me. You must be always decent, with decorum and all that. But if the anger is because of your nature, or a tendency, or out of control – than it’s a bad thing. If it is an out-of-control, than it’s a bad thing. If you get into a temper because it is out of control, than it’s a bad thing. I can get very angry, but I am completely under control: I know I am angry, where the bhoot is, how he is running away; I can see it. But you can’t see the bhoot, you can’t see anything. So there is no need for you to get angry, show temper. But if you have an anger – say, for example, which makes you uncontrollable – then there is a mantra for that: Shanti [peace]. “Ya Devi sarva bhuteshu Shanti rupena samsthita.” You must ask for that bliss, for that peace. This is a mantra for you. For controlling your temper, you have to tell yourself, “Ya Devi sarva bhuteshu Shanti rupena samsthita.” So Shanti is the point – the axis point is that – from where you witness everything. You are in Shanti, you are in complete… you are not in a turmoil even if you are angry. You are not in a turmoil. Whatever is anger is the power, and the power is taking charge. But unless and until that is achieved, what you have to do is to put yourself in a position that you are peaceful.

So I think that’s a very good mantra – is to say, “Ya Devi sarva bhuteshu Shanti rupena samsthita.” Can you say that? So the Shanti is your fort. But peacefulness never means cowardice. Never call cowardice as peace. A person who is peaceful is never coward, because nothing can transgress it, nothing can overpower it. It is never never possible that cowardice and peace can go together. But your power is inside, not outside. So you don’t show your power of your anger outside. But just little anger with anybody – you will see it will work out.

But first establish that… that position within you where you are the axis, where you do not allow anger to sit on your head. That is the growth. That is the growth, that you are at peace. Also… Another question? All right, satisfied now? Both ways you should know: that one is the anger that is detached – is perfectly all right; anger which involves you – work it out. So judge yourself as to what it is.

從有形到無形------兼談普祭

在霎哈嘉你們都必須了解一個簡單的真理：你是一個靈(Spirit)，不是靈的部分都不是真正的你自己。

我們可以將靈和太陽類比，太陽會被烏雲所遮蓋，即太陽的外表會有一些烏雲添加上去，但是太陽仍然是原本的太陽。你不能去照亮太陽，它是會自己發光的。當這些烏雲被去除時，這些外在的附加物就被除掉了，太陽就在天空中光芒四射。同樣的，我們的靈也被無明(ignorance)額外添加了許多烏雲，只要有這些附加上去的烏雲，你就看不見靈的真面貌。縱使少數的烏雲不見了，(若)仍然有一些烏雲殘留，(我們依舊看不見靈的亮光)。我們必須有一個很清澈的天空，才能看到靈的光芒四射。

有很多方法可以來去除這些烏雲，首要的是你必須有真正的信心(faith)來接受這個事實：你是一個靈，除此之外都是額外添加上去的。

你必須在你的内裡來接受它，即(現在已是一個靈的)你和以前的你已大不相同了。這並不是一個盲目的信心，這信心是來自你的經驗，所以你的頭腦心智不應該去挑戰這個信心。假如你的頭腦來挑戰它，而且你接受你腦袋的想法，那麼你又會再度沉淪。科學家只瞥見天空中的星光一閃，他們就相信有一顆星星，所以同樣的，假如你只在你的自覺中瞥見靈光一閃，你應該至少要相信你也是一個靈。假如你持續盯住你這個經驗，也將你的注意力放在你是一個靈這個事實，並告訴你的腦袋不要再欺騙你了，那麼你就可以將你的腦袋轉向，如此你的腦袋就開始為靈體來工作。這就是我所謂的信心，信心就是代表提升到真正、純粹的知識。

當你將烏雲去除到一個程度，但是仍會有一些殘留，此時你就必須用聖靈的涼風(Wind of Holy Ghost)來除去這些雲。有許多方法來利用這個涼風的幫忙，這涼風來自其他的源頭，來自聖靈、你的昆達里尼，也來自太初靈量(Primordial Kundalini)。你們都親身看到太初靈量顯現在你們面前，和以前的求道者相比，你們是非常幸運。因為以前的求道者只能崇拜神像(vigraha)，縱使他們崇拜一尊來自母親大地、有能量的雕像，仍然會有很大的障礙。他們往往是做一種叫Savikalpa Samadhi 的冥想，集中注意力在這個散發能量的神像，持續凝視這尊神像來試圖提升昆達里尼。一般而言，昆達里尼只上升到額輪而已，但是要抵達頂輪之上是一個不可能的任務，因為此時這個修行者必須從有形象(的崇拜)躍升到無形象(的崇拜)(from form to formless)， 走出原先所崇拜的形象過渡到無形象是非常困難的。或許有人會試著直接來專注在一個抽象、無形的對象，回教徒即是如此做，但這同樣是一個不可能的任務。

所以在這種情況下，必須將這些無形賦予一個形象，所以修行者才不會遭遇種種的困難。只要你集中注意力在這個具體形象上，你就融入無形之中。正如同將冰放在你前面，一旦你開始去觸摸冰，冰雖然融化掉，但是你就可以感覺到(這無形的)涼意，如此就可以輕易解決這個有形無形的問題。普祭(puja)就是一種好的方法，可以讓你將有形激發出無形。你的輪穴都是能量中心，但輪穴上都有坐著指導的神衹，這些神祇可以說是從無形(的特質)變成(具體的)有形。當你做普祭時，這些有形(的神祇)融化成無形的能量，然後這些無形的能量就開始流動，如此就產生吹動的涼風，然後那些在靈表面的錯誤的認同、額外附加的烏雲就會被去除。

你們不能去思考普祭，普祭的效果是在超越思考的領域來運作，所以你必須了解到你不能從理性的角度來研究普祭。你應該要在普祭中讓你的輪穴獲得最大的效益，要如何做呢？你必須只是完全集中注意力在普祭上，及專心在看涼風是如何吹動。這風會自動去吹散所有的烏雲，所以你的工作只需要專心在普祭，去靜觀這一切，你只是一個seer (靜觀者)。Seer有雙重的意義，其一是你只是去觀看，其二是你沒有任何思緒、沒有任何反應，而只是靜觀，自動、自然而然地去吸收能量。這就是做普祭的最好方式。

對我而言普祭有時候是一種負擔，因為你們和神衹之間必須旗鼓相當，且必須有一些平衡，當你唸所有的口訣時，神衹就被喚醒了，但是有些人卻不想從內心來接受這些能量，結果就是我必須儲存這些從(我的)身體產生的多餘能量。所以最好是保持你們的心敞開，你們就靜觀普祭，不要去想什麼。

In Sahaja Yoga you all have to understand one simple thing — that you are the spirit. And whatever is not the spirit is not yourself. We can compare spirit with the sun. The sun can be covered with the clouds, there could be superimpositions on the sun, but sun remains as it is, at its point. You cannot enlighten the sun. It is illumined by itself. Now, when the clouds are removed, the superimpositions are removed, the sun shines through the atmosphere. So, our spirit is also is superimposed by ignorance.

As long as there is superimposition, you can’t see the spirit. And even when few clouds disappear the superimposition exists. One has to have a clear sky to see the light of the spirit shining through. There are many ways by which we can try to remove the clouds. The first and the foremost thing is the assumption, the faith that you are the spirit and that the rest is superimposition. You have to assume that within yourself — after Realization it should become very easy — that you are something much more, something very different from what you have known so far. So, now the new situation arises — that you do not have a blind faith, but you have a faith that has come out of an experience. So your intellect should not fight it. It should not try to challenge you – it. If it challenges and if you’re ill to your intellect, you’ll again go down.

Even if you get the glimpse of a star in the sky, then the scientists believe that there is a star. So, in the same manner, even if you get the glimpse of your Realization, you have to at least believe that you are also a spirit. You go on sticking on to that experience and keeping your attention on the fact that you are the spirit. Tell your intellect not to cheat you anymore. You can turn the face of your intellect by this. Now your intellect will start working for the pursuit of the spirit. This is what faith means. Faith gives rise to pure intelligence. Now, when you are seeing clouds removed to a great extent, still there are clouds. So you have to use the wind to remove the clouds.

Wind of the Holy Ghost. And that… you know, there are many ways of taking advantage of the wind. I hope the Italians understand. So the wind comes from some other source, that is the source of the Holy Ghost, your own Kundalini. And also you have in person the Primordial Kundalini before you. Compared to many other seekers who came before you, I must say, you are very fortunate. Because worshipping any vigraha, any… even a statue of self-created vibrations from the Mother Earth, people had big problems. They had to, first of all, do a meditation which was called as Savikalpa Samadhi. That means, in that state you had to concentrate on such a statue, vigraha. Vigraha means the one which is a vibrating statue.

And then, go on looking at that statue and trying to raise your Kundalini. And Kundalini used to come up to Agnya. But the jumping beyond the Sahastrara was an impossible task, because one had to go from form to formless, and it was so difficult, to get out of form to formless. And even to concentrate on abstract or formless was another impossible task as the Muslim did, or many other people tried to do. Under these circumstances it was necessary that the formless had to take a form, so there was no more complication to you. As soon as you concentrated on the form, you became formless. Like if you have ice before you, and as soon as you start touching the ice, it melts away, and you start feeling the cool. So the problem is very easily solved now. Puja is one of the things by which you can excite the forms into formless. Now, your centers are the centers of energies.

But they, too, have a guiding deity sitting on all these chakras. They are also the formless made into forms. And when you do the puja, the forms melt into formless energy, and this formless energy then starts flowing, and that, then blows the wind. And that’s how this misidentification, superimpositions on the spirit are removed. Now, you cannot think about the puja. The whole thing happens in a realm which is beyond thinking. So, you have to understand that you cannot rationalize the puja. You should have the maximum advantage on your chakras. For that you must fully just concentrate on the puja and how the wind is blowing. And the wind will see to it, that they drive out all the clouds.

So your only work is, or your only method is — just to concentrate on the puja, and witness. You are a seer. Seer has double meaning. The one who sees only, just sees, and is only knowledge — is a seer. Without any thought, without any reaction, just sees and absorb, automatically, spontaneously — is the seer. And so, that is the best way to perform a puja. For Me sometimes it’s burdensome, because there should be some parity between you and the deities. Some balance must be there. Here you are saying all the mantras and the deities are awakened, and there you are, who do not want to receive anything within your heart. So I am the one who has to store up all the extra energy that is produced in the body.

So it would be better if you all keep your hearts open and watch the puja without thinking about it.

說明：Shri Mataji在全球推廣霎哈嘉是從英國開始，當時(1970年代)英國有許多求道者，但是很多人都誤入歧途，成為嬉皮或吃迷幻藥或學一些奇奇怪怪的功法。這個介紹會就是針對這些人。

譯文：

你們都來到(霎哈嘉介紹)會場，因為你們有一種感覺，感到你們必須去找尋超越生命的重要東西。這種感覺其實是來自(大我的)無意識的心智(註一)，所以你們想去發掘這些重要的東西。或許你們也不知道你們是要追尋什麼，只是感覺到你們目前並不是處在完美的狀態，即你們並不知道什麼是你的圓滿，你只是在追尋你的圓滿。

霎哈嘉是一個必須以謹慎心思來了解的對象，它不是隨隨便便的東西，不是外面那些胡亂宣稱可以找到上帝的東西，但是人類也無法自己來研究發明就獲得霎哈嘉。這樣說來好像人們很難去了解霎哈嘉，但是你們只要想想，你們成為人類也沒有經過什麼努力，你的鼻子不需要黏膠就自然附在臉上，你也不必練習倒立或做什麼艱難的動作，你就成為人類。同樣的，假如你必須成為更進化的存有，這也會是以自然而然的方式來完成，這可以說是上帝的恩典，所以它是自然而然的。這對人類而言是很難去了解及接受，因為人們是非常的自以為是，上帝是給予人們一個"自我"(ego)來決定是要選擇正途或是歧路。

我另有一項說明，學霎哈嘉與否是你的決定，這是讓你獲益而不是讓我獲益，我從頭到尾都沒有什麼利益，你可以經由接受這些真正知識的禮物，而從我這邊獲取一些益處，這些是你無法以付錢給我或購買或強制我的方式來獲得的  ......。首先你要知道，這是一個會在我們内裡自然而然發生的，即我們無法靠自己的研究發明來做到。或許有些其他法門的人會告訴你他可以教你，你靠自己就可以達成，但是我不願意這樣來欺騙你，你確實是無法自己來做此事。......

就如同一顆種子發芽，長出根及幼苗，然後長成一棵樹，然後開花......。同樣的，在人類的成長演化過程，也有一張(類似的)地圖，必然有一些力量會使這個過程一步一步往前推演。畢竟上帝從一個微小的阿米巴原蟲一路演化創造出人類，祂是不會來毀壞祂的創作，祂也不會將這個演化留給人類自行處理，這往前的演化是會自然而然來發生完成。......

在我們的内裡有一個自動的神經系統，人類的科學已經知道這個系統會自行運作，而且知道這個系統有兩個部分：副交感神經和交感神經。就如這圖所表示的有三個管道，中間的中脈就是副交感神經，左邊的左脈就是左交感神經，右脈就是右交感神經。這三脈是外面種種表現的內在能量流，我們在外面看到的種種，都有一些重要內在的運作來達成這些外在的表現。例如一盞燈會發亮，你就知道一定有電流從某處來，就是這個源頭使燈泡發亮。將這個源頭切斷，燈就不會亮。同樣的，這三個自動神經系統的源頭就是這三脈，它們是內在的精微面，它們是一種能量的形式。如同我們看不見電流一般，我們很難看到這些能量，我們是無法看見內裡的三脈。昆達里尼就是我們內在發芽成長的力量，它住在三角骨內，當它自行上升時，你就可以知道這內在的能量上升的移動，你也可以用聽診器來感覺到它(的移動)，你(甚至肉眼)可以看到昆達里尼的跳動。這是你自己無法做到的，縱使盡你所能，無論是跳一百下，或是做倒立，或弄斷你的脖子，做任何你能做到的，你都無法使三角骨(內的昆達里尼)跳動。......

人類無法做自己的演化，人無法做到這一點，上帝已經為人們做好安排。是人類將習以為常的眼睛放在臉上這個位置嗎？不！是上帝創造了眼睛、將它放在這個眼窩之中，然後人們來使用眼睛！人只能使用眼睛，並無法創造出它。......

昆達里尼上升時會經過我們內在這些輪穴，這些輪穴是人類演化的里程碑，即從阿米巴原蟲到今天人類的過程中的不同階段(的里程碑)。當昆達里尼上升經過這些輪穴時，你用聽診器可以聽到這些輪穴的脈動，這是一種非碰撞的聲音，當它抵達頭頂並突破頭頂時，你也可以聽到這聲音。

許多求道者並不了解他們付錢所學的毫無意義的東西，但是他們卻持續一直(認真)練習，為什麼要去浪費時間呢？只是因為你付了錢嗎？我建議你們應該要去認識內在的自己和你的力量，而不是被他人的力量所迷惑。你內在有你自己的力量，這些力量應該要被展現出來，而且你應該要能掌控這些力量，而不是被他人所掌控。從這裡到那裡跳來跳去、突然(不自主)大吼大叫，你自己都無法控制自己，這不是很奇怪嗎？任何的功法都應該表示你有能力來控制這些力量，假如你無法控制這些力量，那叫什麼功法呢？假如你去觸碰通電的電線，你會被電一下、抖動一下，你可以稱摸電線、觸電抖動也是一種功法嗎？(這和那些人莫名其妙的跳、叫，有何不同呢？) 這不是一種簡單的基本常識嗎？你無法掌控的力量並不是你自己的力量，假如這是你自己的力量，你應該可以掌控它，你應該知道你在做什麼。那些會讓你叫、讓你跳的功法，不論它叫什麼，都不是你自己的力量。你在你的心臟有你自己的力量，因為你的靈(Spirit)就住在這裡，靈才是你的真我(Atma)，唯一你要做的是如何來照亮它。......

人類演化的最後突破就是要藉著喚醒昆達里尼，來穿透我們的囟門骨頭，這是最後的一步，人類的內在已有準備齊全的工具。昆達里尼就如同弦一樣，它捲成三圈半，在三角骨内已等待好一段時間，當一個有被認可的人前來提升你的昆達里尼，你就可以完成這(和外界無所不在力量的)連結......。經由此你將會得到一種轉換，你也會有另外一個向度的覺知能力，即你的覺知會跨入另外一個領域------集體意識(collective consciousness)。什麼是集體意識呢？就是你可以感知"他人"，因為當你是大我的一部份時，你再也沒有"他人"了，你所的追尋正是和大我全體合而為一，一旦這發生了( 譯者：即你連結上了)，你將可以感知大我全體，即你將會驚訝到你可以在你内裡感知其他人。當昆達里尼從囟門出去、融入那無所不在的精微力量時，你內在所有的輪穴都會被喚醒照亮，你就可以在你的雙手上感覺你自己輪穴的阻塞，也可以開始感覺他人輪穴的阻塞狀況，即自動會如此。即你主觀上你會有這些知識(譯者：知道自己及他人的輪穴)，這並不是客觀觀察得到的，即你變成一個感知的主體。這些自動會在你内裡發展出來，你不用去想像將如何來獲得此能力。就如同其他目前已有的覺知能力一樣，它是自然地獲得及運作，你的此項超人類的覺知能力也是因上帝的恩典而獲得的。......所以請試著去了解你內在有一個力量，上帝已將它放在那裡，它將會被提升上來，如此你就會獲得你的自覺(realization)。......

人類的任何疾病都可以被治療，甚至包括癌症，但是人類的愚笨是難以醫治的。人的愚笨是如此一件可笑的事，沒有人願意承認他是愚笨的。人往往只是愚笨地繼續做那些錯誤的功法，愚笨地想毀滅自己，甚至有一種幻覺以為他自己是偉大的聖戰士或殉道士。你是要進入上帝的王國，沒有必要去當殉道士。在這個王國外面有一個歡迎的牌子 "歡迎你進來！"。但是我發現的是：到處都是因求道而受傷的人，許多人甚至受傷嚴重。這也無妨！只要你愛你自己、愛你永恆的存有，只要你有心想向上進化，那麼事情一定會成就的。

註一：Shri Mataji所謂的無意識心智(unconscious mind)，指的是一般人在自覺之前無法知道、意識到的，即是超越的意識(superconsciousness)。

You’re all here, because we had a feeling that there is something that lies beyond which we have to seek. The feeling has come from the unconscious mind and you all want to find out something. Perhaps you do not know what you want to find out but the feeling is there that, whatever you are, you are not in a perfect condition. That you do not know what is your fulfillment. You’re seeking actually your fulfillment.

Now when I am talking to you about Sahaja Yoga I have to request you that, this subject is to be understood with careful thought. It’s not a frivolous thing, that you can get to God. Neither it is possible for any human being to achieve it himself. This makes it impossible for people to understand but as I have told you before, you have become a human being without doing anything about it. You got your nose stuck up there without using any glue, without doing any exercise or circus. In the same way if you have to become that higher being, it has to happen spontaneous manner. In a very spontaneous manner by the grace of God. This is something very difficult to digest for human beings because we are ego oriented.
God has given us ego to decide whether we choose the righteousness or we choose the wrong path.

Now I would again request you for one more thing, that it is for you to choose and it is for you to gain and not Me. I have nothing to gain to begin with and to end with. You have to gain something out of Me by not demanding but by accepting the gift of this knowledge for which you cannot pay me, you cannot purchase me, you cannot dominate me.  ......

To begin, we must know that it is a spontaneous happening within us. That means we cannot do it. There are people who may teach you, who may tell you that you can do it but I am not going to tell you a lie. You cannot do it. ......

Like a seed sprouts into its root and shoot, then grows into a tree and then flowers, everything that happens to the tree has a meaning in the living process. If your evolution has to be living, it must have a history behind it, where all the incarnations came in and have left some mark within you. And as in a seed, you have the map of all the manifestations it is going to go through, in the same way in your seed of germination also there has to be a mark (map?). There has to be some power that is going to work it out. After all God has created you from a small amoeba to human being and He’s not going to destroy this creation of His and He’s not going to leave it to you, to get to your way. As I, the other day was telling you, that all that is important has to work out spontaneously. ......

Within ourselves there is a nervous system and there is an autonomous nervous system ...... It has been found out by your sciences that there is a system which works by itself which has two sides; one is the parasympathetic and the another, the sympathetic. Now here, what I’m showing these three lines are representing, in the center, the parasympathetic nervous system, on the left, the left sympathetic and on the right, the right sympathetic. But these are the undercurrents of the actual manifestation of the gross. In the gross whatever you see has something behind it which works it out. For example, if there is a light burning here you must know that the electricity is coming from somewhere and there is a source somewhere which works it out. If the source is cut out this will go. In the same way, the source of these three autonomous nervous system within us are these channels which are subtle within us and they exist as energies. It is hard to see these energies because as you cannot see electricity, you cannot see these three channels which are within us. But the kundalini which is the germinating power within us, in the triangular bone, when it raises itself, then you can see the movement of this energy rising within you and you can feel it also with the stethoscope. You can see the pulsation of the kundalini.. This you cannot do. Try your level best. Jump for 100 times or stand on your heads, break your neck. Do anything you like. You cannot make your triangular bone pulsate. Can you? Anyone one of you, can you do it? ...... That you cannot do your own evolution. You cannot achieve it. God has made all the arrangements for you. Have you placed your eyes here which you’re using and have taken for granted? God has made them. He has placed them in the sockets and you are using them. You can only use it. You cannot do it. ......

This kundalini rises through various centers that are within us. These centers are the landmarks of our evolution, in different stages, from amoeba to this stage. ...... These centers exist within you and which you can feel it with the stethoscope when the kundalini is rising. They pulsate. ...... The sound without percussion. You can hear it. You can hear it on top of your head when it comes to and it breaks. ......

Hardly you’ve understood anything from all these things that you’ve been doing and still you are continuing with it. I have to request you, now get to yourself and get to know yourself and your own powers and do not be enamored by anybody’s powers, even Mine. You have your own powers within yourself and these powers must be manifested and these powers you should be able to handle and not that you are handled by somebody else all the time. Jog from places to places. Suddenly you find somebody shouting in the air. Without any control over? How can it be? You see the technique means, any technique means that you should be able to handle that power, isn’t it? If you cannot handle that power what sort of a technique is this? Supposing you go and touch the wire and you get a shock, then is that the technique? Will you call that the technique you got a shock from the wire? But if you know how to handle the technique then you know how to maneuver it. Is a simple common sense which we must know. The power which we cannot handle is not our own power. If it is your own power then you should be able to handle it. You should be able to know what your doing about it. So these are not your powers whatever so called techniques have brought to you. You have your own power in your heart as the Spirit is within you. Only thing it is to be enlightened. ......

Now the last breakthrough of our evolution is where we break our fontanelle bone by the awakening of the kundalini. This is the last. We’ve got all our instrument properly done. The chord is nicely, just like this chord, is nicely rounded up three and a half times, kept there ready, for a moment, when somebody who’s an authority comes forward and gives you that connection. You have to breakthrough. And this is the breakthrough when, will happen then, you must know that the whole language will change. You will have a transformation and you will have a new dimension. ...... That the next step into human awareness has to be collective consciousness. Is a scientific thing. Already your sciences have discovered this collective consciousness. And what is collective consciousness? Is, to feel the other. For there is nobody the other. You are a part of the whole. You’re seeking that wholesomeness within you and once this will happen you will feel that wholesomeness and you’ll be amazed how will be feeling others within you. All these centers are in our fingers as shown there. There are 7 centers which are shown here and which you can also see in the map. All these centers get enlightened as soon as the kundalini goes out of the fontanelle and goes into the all pervading subtle power. You can feel it on your hands – what is wrong with you and what is wrong with others. You start feeling your own centers and you start feeling the centers of other people. Automatically. It’s a subjective knowledge it is not objective. You just become the subject. It just happens automatically within you. You don’t have to think about it. It just works out as your human awareness has been achieved. In the same way super human being awareness also can be achieved through God’s grace. ......So try to understand that there is a power within you. God has placed it there and it is going to be raised and you’re going to get that realization ......

You can treat any disease, cancer anything but not stupidity. Stupidity is something, is such a foolish thing that nobody wants to admit that you have been stupid. You want to carry on with it and you want to destroy yourself under the fantasy that you’re a great crusader or sort of a great martyr! There is no need to have martyrdom when you’re entering into the kingdom of God. Come along. There’s a welcome there. It’s a welcome for you. Please come along but I find all wounded soldiers around. All of them are so wounded. Doesn’t matter. As long as, you have love for yourself and love for your eternal being, as long as you want to evolve, everything is going to work out.
